A Brief History of the uniting of two musical souls and one
half
angel of a dog we met while on tour in Nashville. Tennessee. US
of
America. Copywrite.
During an open mic at TGIF Fridays, Cody "Mittens" Minor and Cassidy
Carmen "Carmine," were accidentally were served each other's
wine.
Sillies!
Waiter to Cassidy: "Did you order the white zinfandel?"
Cassidy to Waiter: "I'm sorry. I don't drink liquor."
Waiter to Cassidy: "It's wine with a curly straw in a half-carafe."
Cody, eaesdropping and in the booth behind and for the first time, and
Out of the Blue: "Waiter, I believe that's mine order of wine."
Waiter to Both (future lovers): "That explains EVERY
THING!!!! !!!!"
(They shared an order of jalapeno poppers and the rest is musical
history).

THE PLAYERS
Cody "Mittens" Minor
b. 1970 d-??????
Cody was born in West Squat (next to some swamp). Alabama, famous for
it's great public schools system. Minor's father was a gold miner,
hence the name. He spent much of his childhood in the swamps or
in the field, learning the art of song. He received his first guitar at
age 11, and he never put it down! And that voice. Velvet as
chocolate cake (left out in the sun) and sweet too! |

Cassidy Carmen "Carmine"
b. 1975 d. Only HE (god) Knows
Wear to begin? Scarf-made it. Hat-made it. Turtleneck
sweater nailed to wall-made it. Plaid rug-bought it. $400
synthesizer-sold first child for it. Just kidding around! |
THE BAND
THhe Band: The Piccadilly Trickle...cute name, right? We sure
thought so, and thinks so. The story behind the name is a little
embarrassing, but still worth telling! While making good use of
the privacy of our van ("if this van is rocking, don't come a-knock
knocking!") Cassidy complained "your pickle dill is trickling on my
inter-thigh." Cody, removing his giant rabbit head mask had
misunderstood Cassidy's passionate yelp as "The Piccadilly Trickle,
great band name!" And the rest, as they say, is history.

INntroducing
famous session drummer Player Finnigan "Has plugs, don't
be
fooled" Skins. That hair! Those finger! What
tweed! We've toured with Finnie for since ever it seems
like. He's got some chops--and not just for his hairy chin hair
either. Where do those puddles come from on the floor,
anyways? He did get an A on his 3-D Africa project (inset).
See you in the studio!

This is our sound man, CJ Shifflett. The Secret
Weapon. To our musical
success. It all started after a classic
Myner-Carmine "tiff" over muscial rights to a jingle we had written for
Superpretzel (TM). "♫♪ If
your hard pretzels' not soft, it must be a Superpretzel. If
you're soft pretzel's not hard, it just be a Superpretzel ♫♪"
One day when the Mark III threw a timing belt in Kansas or Iowa (who
knows?) CJ's fingers dashed and darted and got us humming again.
Plus, he EVEN fixed the van too ;)
So CJ became the residnet sound engineer and band manager. Not a
bad cook to boot! Plus, he makes all of our fashion choices (where do
you think all these great hats came from?]
