Biography

I'm currently a fourth year graduate student in Charles L. Brown Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of Virginia (UVa). I work as research assistant in the Virginia Image and Video Analysis (VIVA) group and my advisor is Prof. Scott Acton. I have a M.S. degree from UVa, Charlottesville, Virginia in 2005, and a B.S. degree from Peking (Beijing) University, Beijing, China in 2003, both in Electrical Engineering. I'm trying to complete my Ph.D. degree in May 2007 before I'm 25. I'm also a student member of the IEEE.
