The "City Limit" sign on the West side of Troy ID.

At the edge of the main part of town is this "Welcome to Troy" sign. Troy ID is at 2,460 feet and was established in 1892. The top of Bob's car is in the foreground.
The Troy ID Post Office is located on the main highway through town and appears to be rather new.
Some of the homes on the South side of town. There is a large lilac tree behind the house on the left. We enjoyed the many lilac trees in bloom in this part of the State.
Troy ID is located in a bit of a valley beside West Fork Creek which is one of the main tributaries to the Potlatch River. This is a view from the South looking North towards Troy. At 2,460 ft, Troy ID is at the second highest elevation among Troys in the US; only Troy CA is higher.
