6X6 ALL TERRAIN VEHICLES


  • This is one of the toys that my brother had as we were growing up. I'm the guy in the driver's seat with helmet and goggles on. It is a Chaparrel 6X6. My brother and I were talking about it recently reminiscing wishing he still owned it. It was alot of fun. I hope to find more pictures of the Chaparrel and add them to the page.

  • There are several companies that are still in business making these unique ATV's.
  • Just north of the border (depending on where you live) is ARGO, All-terrain, all-season, amphibious vehicles manufactured by Ontario Drive & Gear Limited in New Hamburg, Ontario, Canada.
  • Just south from there back in the U.S. is Recreatives Industries, Inc. in Buffalo, New York. And for you unbelievers, check out their video clips of the Max in action.
